Diet tip #1 - Get the chocolate out of the house! Back in the days when losing weight was easier I was able to keep a secret stash of my favorite chocolates on hand. I would be so disciplined! I would have no more than 2 or 3 in a day. Well, something has happened along the way and it's a bit more difficult. I still have my 2 or 3 a day, but then I go for one more, then one more, then one more, then what the heck, I've already blown it right?
So I have decided that I must keep the evil out of the house because I am weak, I am a wimp, I will cave for that creamy, chocolaty goodness. I'll save my chocolate splurges for special occasions.
