I have conducted an investigation and I believe that I have solved the mystery of the giant head (yesterday's post)! Ok, so I googled it. But what I found was a quite simple explination. Apparantly a company called Moran Iron Works out of Onaway, Michigan built it. The impression I am getting is that it started out as a float for a 4th of July parade. Now it likes to sit along the highway and watch traffic. Mystery Solved!

Since I already showed you the photo, I decided to make today's photo a picture I took yesterday of some beautiful flowers in my garden.
I'm from Michigan, but have never seen the big head - I'll have to look for it next time I'm up there. Doubt I could miss it! :)
