Pineapple Island Jello Salad

Here is a yummy and refreshing salad it you are looking for something different to take to a party this weekend. It's one of our favorites and if you can even use reduced fat ingredients if you wanted. I've done it and it's still quite good.

1 lg. can of chopped pineapple tidbits
2 small pineapple jellos
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups chopped walnuts
3 cups flaked coconut
3 cups coolwhip

Drain pineapple, set aside. Heat juice, 3 cups (total juice and water) to dissolve jello. Mix cheese with 2 T cream and blend with jello. Chill until fairly thick. Stir in pineapple, nuts, & coconut. Fold whip cream in jello mixture. Chill overnight.
