Diet Tip #1

Diet tip #1 - Get the chocolate out of the house! Back in the days when losing weight was easier I was able to keep a secret stash of my favorite chocolates on hand. I would be so disciplined! I would have no more than 2 or 3 in a day. Well, something has happened along the way and it's a bit more difficult. I still have my 2 or 3 a day, but then I go for one more, then one more, then one more, then what the heck, I've already blown it right?

So I have decided that I must keep the evil out of the house because I am weak, I am a wimp, I will cave for that creamy, chocolaty goodness. I'll save my chocolate splurges for special occasions.

Do you think my photo frame is a bit extreme?

  2. I completely AGREE! If it's there, I'll eat it. I have no discipline when it comes to sweets. Outta sight, outta mind is the best way to do it. And your photo frame is great! Haha!


  3. Yep, that's me too. If it's in the house I'm going to eat it no matter how much there is. I've been having huge chocolate cravings and I don't have any here sigh

  4. MMMMM, chocolate! The darker the better. I keep a stash in the bottom drawer of my desk but only go to it after 9:00 PM. I don't know if that helps me not eat so much but that's my theory.

  5. ha, for me it's the type of chocolate. If it's dark chocolate (which I like) it can last for days, if it's milk chocolate, maybe a day, white chocolate . . . an hour maybe, LOL. So if I have chocolate it the flat I make sure it's of the darker variety! :)

  6. I'm having company this weekend and I just might have to make something chocolate--for the company of course!!
